    Product Growth Manager

    New York, New York

    • Using Amplitude Analytics, identified friction points during the onboarding experience, led the client through product experimentation and optimized a trial-to-transaction rate by a measurable degree.
    • Created a product usage onboarding strategy that ensured users experienced the products value during the trial period.
    • Conducted a NorthStar workshop to define priority metrics, created customer journeys, data wireframes, and a data blueprint for development implementation. Led insights and created 35+ dashboards to answer business questions and leveraged that data to create an Omnichannel strategy.

    Innovation Consultant

    • Delivered the soft launch of Asahi Beverages ecommerce direct to consumer website: DrinksCart.com.au. In one month we produced $11,647.55 in profit with an ecommerce conversion rate (transaction/ sessions) of 6% against a global benchmark of 2.58%.
    • Delivered four product extensions including Pepsi, Solo, Sunkist and Schweppes to high-fidelity MVP Sodastream syrups. Planned to launch in AUS & NZ by Christmas of 2020.

    Growth Hacker

    May 2019 - August 2019

    Amsterdam, Netherlands

    • Established a customer discovery plan for Asahi Beverages and proved existence of a sizable customer segment with the same “jobs”, “pains” and “gains”.
    • “MECE” issue mapped with the goal of creating binary assumptions to test on relevant social media channels.
    • Coded qualitative surveys by creating unit of analysis to transform data into quantitative data points to further experimentation.
    • Incubated and produced digital low-fidelity minimum valuable products with value propositions, business models & personas. Achieved Problem-Solution Fit with a coffee-protein, table-top dishwasher (RB).

    Shane is originally from Orange County, California but currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah, or as he prefers it, the home of the Utes. Since the beginning of his career, he has always lived in the growth consulting space. From creating startups within large corporations with Innoleaps to consulting scale-ups within Startupbootcamp's industry-focused accelerator programs, Shane brings a unique global perspective that very few possess. While Shane is not behind his desk tackling cross-industry growth jobs, you can find him snowboarding at his favorite resorts on the Wasatch front or spending time with his family and friends.
